Early Production Facilities

PSI provides a complete package of Early Production Facilities (EPF) that enables customers to bring wells on production faster. Our EPF facilitate long-term data acquisition and analysis of produced fluid flow, pressure and temperature and assist you in the long term planning for a permanent installation.

We are your one-stop shop for complete EPF, including electrical, instrumentation and package automation, designed to withstand high H2S and CO2 conditions. Within our EPF are also included utilities important for operation, such as offices, workshops, laboratories, control cabin, generators, compressors and tanks.

With a strong in-house expertise in engineering, design, fabrication and packaging, we are able to provide you with a complete range of EPF with capacities ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 BBL/day that include:

Crude Oil Production Facilities

A typical Crude Oil Production Facility is used for the separation, heating, dehydration, stabilization, storage, metering and pumping of crude oil and we provide Crude Oil Production Facilities which serve this purpose and include:

Gas compressors are responsible for removing the natural gas from the oil and also increase the temperature of the gas during compression. Gas dehydration is used in the production and processing of natural gas by using either a liquid desiccant (or a dry desiccant in desiccant dehydration) that removes water from natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) in the natural gas treating process. PSI Gas Compression and Dehydration Facilities range includes:

Produced Water Treatment Facilities

Produced water is by far the largest volume by-product in oil production operations and is considered a major waste stream. Optimising produced water management is critical, using best in class technologies to monitor quality, forecast production and design, build and operate facilities. PSI provides engineered solutions to meet our clients’ requirements for water handling during fracturing, production, disposal and enhanced oil recovery and in compliance with high quality standards.  Our Produced Water Treatment Facilities range includes:
